What's the difference between a Filofax personal planner and a large Kikki K organiser? Hint: they are very, very different.

This simple guide is here to save the day (and your printer!) and help you find the right size that works best for you with the Ultimate Planner Insert Cheat Sheet with the sizes of the most popular paper sizes. Confused between the many different brands from Filofax and Franklin Covey (the long-established brands) to newer brands like Kikki K from Australia, Websters' Pages (aren't their Color Crush planners delicious?), Marion Smith? Keep scrolling for a handy table below!

PS. If you're looking for planners like Erin Condren, Traveler's Notebook, and The Happy Planner, check out this size guide.

*The paper sizes for Personal and Compact are the same, but the rings for the Compact are slightly smaller and hold less paper.

**The Mulberry Agenda is closest to the Personal size, but the paper size (105mm x 149mm (A6)) and holes are different. Philofaxy has useful pictures comparing the hole placements. Mulberry now only officially sells the Planner and Pocket Book.

PS. Special thanks to Dawn for the heads' up on the A5 Color Crush and Carpe Diem planners, and Alison for the tip on Van der Spek, Mulberry, Collins, and Smythson!
